Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at Urban Haven Apartments, subject to approval and community guidelines. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment. Breed, size, and weight restrictions may apply. A pet deposit, monthly pet rent, and/or pet fees may be required. All pets must be registered with management, kept on a leash in common areas, and residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Service animals and emotional support animals are handled in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
